I was engaged with a loan with said individual in this report. After numerous attempts to contact him about where my male is he has failed to both keep up the end of the agreement in which he paid shipping and failed to locate the male I sent him to the address he gave me.
His communication is horrible, constant excuses as to why he hasn't found him. Its to a point where my male is either dead or he flat out stole him from me. Photo evidence displays every conversation via text we had. He even told me on the phone that the money for the shipping was sent but it was not.
Whether he got the male or not he still owes me the shipping since that was a part of the terms of the loan agreement. I know I won't get my male back and was able to purchase another but he still owes me the shipping of the male that was sent to him.
