Exotics Unlimited

I have been looking for Grammostola concepcion for 4 years now, so when I saw them available on the ExoticsUnlimited site I jumped at the opportunity to grab a couple. The cost was great, however, the freebie B. minax was a nice addition that temporarily stifled the cries of my wallet.


I ended up having to re-schedule my order and they helped me sort it out for a more suitable day. I received my tracking number the day before arrival as expected, and thus, when they finally arrived the next day (today, March 1st,) I was excited. My dad picked them up from Fedex earlier for me and they were packaged well, I opened the vials and found each of the specimen active, hydrated, and overall healthy.

I definitely recommend them if you're looking for higher end/uncommon sp, or if you just see something there that you fancy. They have a fair LAG policy and their site is easy to navigate.

I had a shut-up-and-take-my-money moment when I received the email saying EU had Homoeomma chilense available for sale. Three slings were in my cart and purchased within hours of getting the communication. I imagine there was an onslaught of orders for this and other rare species they got in and I've seen other dealers struggle with this surge on volume. There was a stumbling point (ie resending out confirmation required emails to those that already confirmed caused some confusion), but communication was overall great throughout. My package was shipped, but suffered an operational delay with Fedex. They didn't arrive until 24 hours later, but do to the amazing packaging, all three of these precious, tiny slings were none the worse for wear. Tarantula slush fund willing, I will be a repeat customer.

Placed an order at the end of November. Temperatures and holiday shipping madness made for some delays, but they shipped when able and evening turned out just fine. Zero casualties and packing was sufficient. Communication was on point with updates provided when necessary. Highly recommended.

Overall, Great customer service! They decided to squeeze my order in very last minute which was very very generous.

The Box was filled with shredded paper packaging and a cool pak (It has been getting warm again, crazy weather here in the south haha) All 3 T's came in film style canisters with moistened paper towel, they were still moist and all three were very much alive and well. The Ornithoctoninae sp. was very lively and ready to go haha. Great T's and once again, awesome customer service, Thanks Exotics Unlimited!

I purchased x3 Theraphosinae sp. Panama, a species I’ve been looking for. I also received two versicolor slings. Will and Tyler had great communication. They were unable to ship out my Ts on a day they wanted, and they let me know right away. I let them know I totally understand and it was okay. I will definitely be buying from them again!
