Contacted Eli824 yesterday to inquire about making a purchase and within a couple hours everything was finalized, paid for, and preparing for shipment. All four spiders went out that night via FedEx from the West coast and arrived in my office at 09:00 EDT this morning. There was an unfortunate problem with both S. kovariki slings, but Eli824 rectified the situation immediately. Good, classy guy.
Excellent packing, styrofoam insulation, a small heat pack (with foam between it and the animals though it wasn't really needed), and wonderfully padded vials stuffed with damp paper towel.
Even with the small mishap, I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience and how Eli824 handled everything.

I ordered a few T's and he through in two freebies which was very nice. Everyone arrived healthy except a b.vagans that molted during shipping but that is no one's fault. Eli is going to credit me for next purchase so he took care of me. I would recommend him to anybody!

Since I work so close to Eli824, we met up in a parking lot instead of dealing with FedEx/USPS. The transaction went smoothly. He provided me the plastic enclosure the T was in so no immediate rehouse was necessary. He even offered to show me how he sexes the T's which tells me I am dealing with a great seller who places customer service on top of his list. I wanted to buy more Tarantula's from him and he didn't recommend it for me and my life style. show's how he cares about the spider it self. I can't wait to buy more from him. I picked up two juvenile spiders - C. elegans and N. chromatus. Both spiders are beautiful and appear to be in excellent health. Eli824 was a pleasure to deal with. He held the spiders for me until I could make it down there to pick them up - and I was able to give the kids an afternoon at the beach while we were in the area! I would definitely buy from him again.

I actually failed to meet up on the agreed upon day on the heels of just bad time management, but Eli824 was more than accommodating/flexible the very next day agreed to meet the very next day, in the rain no less. I bought 4 slings from Eli(L. parahybana, A. geniculata, E. cyanognathus and P. sazimai) and the whole process was delightful. First off you don't have to worry about communication with this guy because he was easy to talk to and answered any questions very fast. His selection was very good and he will definitely work with you for Ts you have interest in.
After getting them selected the money was easy to send over Paypal. He was very accommodating with my time constraints as well and threw in a guaranteed arrive by time for no extra cost to me. When the they arrived(well within the time limit), the package was over the top great. A air cell wrapped large plastic cube with heat pack and styrofoam lining, foil, packing peanuts and air cell cushioning very well protected the 4 vials. The vials themselves were well packed with rolled moist towels that kept the tarantulas as snug as a...well...you know. Needless to say they were all alive and well.
All in all great transaction and I would recommend him to anyone.

He even offered to give a discount just to do pickup instead of shipping. And when I couldn't do that, he was chill, did his magic, and I had 2 very healthy ultra slings and a freebie G. pulchripes.
