Good communication always keeps in contact, all Ts and other items I’ve gotten from Quentin were exactly as described if not better. I’d also like to mention that he knows how to keep packages warm at cooler temps. So if it’s 38 degrees out and your worried about the cold on a 1st day arrival I wouldn’t worry about it to much he packs with insulated boxs and heat packs that keep hot air in and the cool air out.

I purchased an M. Balfouri off Quentin needless to say everything went very smoothly I got my package 1st day arrival. It was packed with styrofoam and insulation, he also added a heat pack.
