Yep, that's sure mr.lemon's cousin. Can she use her front feet easily? or does he mostly move around by jumping with her back legs? Mine is a little bit overweight , shr can still swim perfectly though.
@MatisIsLoveMantisIsLyf She usually just sits still like that until it's time to do her business or eat. They don't really use their front legs for much besides assisting with eating. Yours is most likely perfectly fine.
Not sure what you mean by swimming though. These can actually drown. So never put it in water deeper than it can safely sit in.
