The ultimate trapdoor enclosure

This massive setup took me 6 and a half hours to construct, all the materials are native aside from a tiny amount of peat at the bottom. A communal Euoplos turrificus setup. This would also be perfect for things like Liphistius

Is Liphistius communal? I only had one (L. ornatus) One of the "wow!" spiders I had the pleasure to keep.

If setup correctly, you should absolutely be able to keep them communally. The way Liphistius live in the wild is vastly different to how most people keep them in captivity, i always believe the key to having a successful communal enclosure with minimal risk of casualties is to recreate their wild environment as closely as possible
