Assuming this is the Nicaraguan form?
if you have to assume it can't be Nicaraguan form, Nicaraguan form is the label used for albos that can be tracked down to parents who were exported from Nicaragua, or spiders themselves who are confirmed to be exported from Nicaragua.

It's a dumb system we have.
 
Yeah, I’ve been seeing more comments to the effect that the labels mean nothing. Good to know.
If you're not planning on breeding it and you can't track its lineage they're pretty useless to the average keeper.

They're useful for sellers and breeders only, and even then only in fringe cases.

Don't breed things you're unsure of, but that goes without saying.
