From your other pictures, this is the only one that seems like it could be what it was sold as. But you might need to wait another molt or two. I got my vagans at 2", so I can't say with 100% certainty, but mine had very obvious red hairs on it's abdomen at that size. So I would assume they would be present but a bit more subtle at 1.5", but possibly even smaller.
