I'll say female now, but it's always good to confirm with a molt if you can. You'll have to use a pocket microscope to be able to see the spermathecae up until it gets bigger than 3" or so, after that you can likely pick them out with just a magnifying glass (if they're there).
Definitely looks female, but I agree with NMTs about trying to get a molt. I know it can be frustrating. Especially with smaller molts, it can be so tedious and fragile to even get out of the enclosure. I’m sure you’ll get a good molt though.
