Definitely a G. porteri. Dang, what a lucky find, if someone really let it loose and doesn't want it, I'd totally keep her/him, but somebody could also be looking for her/him
@AlbatrossWarrior my friend messaged me asking what it was. I said i think it is type of grammastola based on the carapace. We live in Michigan.... I imagine someone let it go because they got a common tarantula and it may have bit him or her. One picture showed a threat posture. It ran across his driveway. It had to be scared to death in the grass (they love the water right? Haha). I feel bad because someone will easily kill it here.
@Xenohunt If I were you I would definitely keep it, or sell it, since a good sized Grammastola takes years and years of growing x.x that's why I don't have one yet lol, I'm not that patient
