I don't think so. Depending on how big it is, those are likely male accessory organs. There's no evidence of a flap (uterus externus).

Another picture. Microscope had a better charge. My husband is convinced that the middle bit is a flap.

That still pretty small, so it may be spermathecae you're seeing. For comparison, here is my female when she was about 3" DLS:
