looks.....sting....gy. Just such a formidible looking invert...imagine if these things were the size of a dog....id never go putside...lol
 
Awesome, I heard that polistes tends to be more “docile” and personable than other wasps or hornets.
 
@mantisfan101 I’ve fed this individual honey off my finger and tong feed it daily. I’m actually keeping her in an enclosure with her nest until some workers emerge. She’s quite interesting to be honest
 
@mantisfan101 Already doing that. Cardboard, construction paper, twigs and decaying wood are in her enclosure. Along with a water bowl, bowl with some honey and a food bowl
