Pandinus imperator

Two male Pandinus imperators chilling.
It's only a 5.5 gal tank, with a false bottom setup. The substrate is "ramped" from the lowest point in the left front corner (where the water dish is) up to the right side (where the heat lamp is), then again to the highest point in the back left corner. I wanted to increase their walking area by creating a sloped surface.
The jaguar skull has currently been replaced with a small ceramic reptile cave (I liked the look, but the idea of a jaguar skull in an African rainforest scorpion setup was driving my OCD crazy).
The hide in the middle is a half-buried hollow cottonwood log, and the hide in the left back corner is just a piece of curved driftwood bark.
The boys can have a hide wherever they feel most comfortable, temperature-wise. Most of the time they're both in the same hide together, although the smaller one seems to prefer the one on the cooler end more often than not.
I could probably put in a third scorp comfortably enough as is - since Emps seem to not mind huddling together - but I'd feel better upgrading to at least 10 gallon tank.
