Well... if you're going in dorsal alone, it looks female. At the same time, I've also seen pictures that looked female and everyone swore it was female until it "matured into a male".
Dorsal sexing isn't accurate in my experience. My female regalis had a dark stripe inside her white one for most of her life, and even now at 6.5 inches her band isn't 100% white.
