i dont think you can but by the size of that abdomen id say female idk my 7inch girl has huge abdomen. how big is your regalis

There is no way to tell from this picture. Post a ventral picture.

i know it isnt but with pokies ussaully males abdomen are much smaller and this spiders is bigger, it was a guess from picture i sex all mine by molts but you can only work with what your given. i know how to sex tarantulas both ventral and by molts thanks

Best thing I can tell you is while on clear glass or container take a pic of underside by abdomen where you'll see 4 dots and put on here

Juveniles (both males and females) CAN have extremely fat abdomens, if fed excessively. Abdomen size has no place in telling the sex of a T, on of the most inaccurate methods out there.
