Oh boy that's really embarasing. Mine was dull in color and had the emboli on pelipads. This P.metallica I traded for was bigger than mine and had brighter colors. I was sure female. I'm not upset at all even though I feel dumb, I have a bigger brighter P.metallica than before. I'm not too worried about it other than I feel dumb for not catching it.
@Nightstalker47 I ment to tag you in my earlier reply. Also it wasn't a vendor, a friend of a friend who also keeps tarantulas. He had 3 of them, said all were female and he wanted a male. I picked out the biggest one he had and traded straight up. Like i said this new "male" thank you, is bigger than mine was, i feel i still came out good just look like an idiot for posting wrong sex.
