Approx 3.5in.
This is why i don't like soaking exoskeletons to make them pliable for a molt, the wetness can sort of make for deceptive photos. I prefer to use a humidifier, or something that produces warm steam. 30 seconds in a stream of steam and it's as pliant as if it was just shed off the T a second ago.
 
At that size, it is it looks male. At 3.5 inches I'd expect to be able to see girl parts pretty easily and I don't.

This is the area you want as close and in focus as you can get.
 
@miss moxie I use water to make the exuviae more pliable, but then I stretch it out and let it dry for a bit before taking photos. (The water often causes reflections that obscure what you are trying to see.)

For comparison, here is my female Psalmopoeus cambridgei at 3". Even though she is small, you can clearly see the spermathacae as darker protrusions.
 
@Ungoliant ahh ok I'll use your wet/allow to dry technique. Thanks for the tip I'm so good at accidentally tearing apart exuviae, and even better at taking bad photos of them lol.
