Mine hides alot too I see just feet most of the time then once a week or so she comes out dose a few laps then disappears again, wondering if it could be a trait of this sp if your is doing the same
I was prepared to not see much of this one and this is the first time she’s not only come out for a stroll, but also just sat there when I opened the lid. If she does this once a week, I’ll be happy. Such a beauty!

They are! pics really don't do them justice trying to capture that green and gold at the same time I have found quite the challenge and I am failing at it miserably
My girl has its like she comes out todo a check make sure everything is where she left it then disappears back down the burrow.
Has yours lined her tunnel walls with sub? Mine dug but never brought the dirt up instead she's used it like plaster and lined her web walls with the sub mixed with silk. She has used this wherever her web is, she also hid all the outside web with moss so it's super camouflaged . I can't find anyone else who's fasciaaurinigra has done this, starting to think mine is just strange lol.

I haven’t seen any piles of sub come up other than to block the way too large hide I gave her. She filled most of the front of that and has entrances on each side of it.

Funny enough mine has 2 entries to her labyrinth. Starting to think my girl is just an odd ball with the lining her web thing though, nm she'll fit right in here
