MF B. albiceps Named Indy

Has brown and earthy colors instead of the bright gold/cream, red, and black this species is known for. It will be interesting to see how she looks once she molts.
Wow, that is gorgeously coloured T! Looks a lot like one of the American Aphonopelma species. Is it unusual for them to be coloured like that? Is it because of the colouration fading over time following a molt? In any case, I would very much like a T that looks like that!

What did she look like after she molted? Was her colour scheme the usual one seen in this species?

Thanks! No, they usually have gray/black/blue-ish legs and a brighter carapace and brighter red rump. This girl has not molted in my care yet, so I don't know if these are her true colors or if she is faded and will color up after a molt. Time will tell.

That will be interesting to see. I am considering getting some slings of this species and would be interested to know if they ended up looking this pretty late into a molt cycle as adults.
