This could be male or female - can't tell by looking from the top down. Assuming it is female, if your question is if she's mature or not, that can't really be judged by size - as @Charliemum said, you need to examine a molt to see if the spermathecae are hardened (dark brown and rigid). That said, it looks a bit small to me to be mature. It also doesn't look like it's in the best condition.

Yes I must admit that abdomen worries me if I can see the wrinkles on the pic it isn't good.
Need to make sure she has water n a few good meals... she looks like she needs it.
