It's a female. The anterior book lungs are spread very wide, and males lack the long hairs over the epigastric furrow and have a pretty obvious patch of epiandrous fusillae:

Ah, at first I thought it was a female but I had second thoughts because I posted a P. victori that looked similar with its ventral and people were saying Male even though I thought it was a female. I can post that one as well if you would like to see
