Mature Male T. Albopilosus, Nicaraguan?

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to ID the locality of my T. Albopilosus pair. My guess is Nicaraguan, but I honestly have no clue. I haven't kept new worlds in a while so I forgot about the locality difference. This was meant to be my first breeding project but I doubt I'll be able to :/
Thanks a ton! You think it'd be alright to go ahead and attempt breeding? Also, how could you tell? I've read it has to do with the setae, but I was unable to find decent comparison pictures
As long as your female is at least 5 inches (ideally bigger) there is no reason not to try.
Other factors will determine if successful though such as moult cycle, if female is receptive, male observed to have made sperm webs, how mature the male is as the "golden" period is usually within 3 months of maturity etc.

Conditioning of the female is also a factor but in my experience with breeding this species, they don't appear to be as reliant as say the Grammastola.

Regarding differences:
1. Nicaraguan typically have a lot more dense lighter hairs than Honduran form. Hard to explain but if you could see one of each side by side it really is easy to see the difference
2. Nicuraguan also have more of a black undertone on the carapace with the Honduran more copper/bronze colour.

I have no doubt at all that you have a pair of Nicuraguan form there.

I hope that helps. 😊
