The epigastric furrow. It is a slit between the top pair of book lungs. In this case (Female), there is a lip/opening there. For males, there is no lip, and a little "break/dark dot/patch" is above the furrow. The "dot" in a lot of species looks literally like a triangle. Easily noticed in male LP's.
