Hey all- this is Shelob, she's a little over 8 inches and is female, confirmed via exuvium. She was sold to me as a Parahybana, but I'm a little unsure due to her black body and red abdominal hairs. Any idea as to what she is?
klugi.... Im no expert. I dont believe parahybana has pronounced red setae on the opisthosoma, as the one in the picture does.
In fact, Im so much not expert, Ill even throw out difficilis just to mix things up a bit sorry.
