It's an aphono. There are about 14 different species of aphono listed as being from the Arizona area. A couple of those are dwarf species. So, at this point, all you can do is wait and see. Lol. Maybe someone can take a guess at it if you give the exact area it was found? Sometimes it narrows the ID down to a few only in that specific area.
