First post here and i have to say that i have a L.P and had it from a sling and that really doesnt look like a one!

Definitely a trap door, no clue what species. Certainly 99.999% sure it's not a tarantula.

This is an aptostichus species, which was likely caught in either california, or arizona. Im sure its probably dead by now. as the user hasnt posted a follow-up, and the substrate is way too wet. RIP aptostichus
