The roach would not try to eat your T unless it was molting, and even then it's not likely that it would be able to get to it. It's a big meal, but your T would probably be able to eat it. Dubia are bad feeders for avics, though - they usually just bury themselves and the T will never find it, so you'd need to place it into the webbing - just crush the roach's head before you do and problem solved.
Why did you put them in there - to cohabitate with your T, or as prey items? Just want to understand what you're trying to do, but either way, you shouldn't put them in and just leave them. Cohabitation won't work because the T will eventually kill them. If you put them in as feeders, the best practice is to only offer what you think your T will eat in 24 hours, then remove any uneaten prey after 24 hours is up - it reduces the risk of your T being injured or stressed by live, uneaten prey items, and if any of the feeders die in the enclosure it could attract mites or mold if left.
With Dubia roaches specifically, I wouldn't put them in live and then leave them. They will burrow and it'll be really hard to find and remove them. Offer one appropriately sized roach to your T with the head crushed so it can't disappear, and if it doesn't get eaten pick it out and try feeding again in a week or 2.
They come out during the night and my T only hunts at night so they are pretty much done for but I will try to get them out what if I can’t tho what do I do?
The do hunt that’s a full grown roach. They usually don’t borrow. My pet shop wanted three dollars each for them. So I had. to get them elsewhere. The nymphs of those might burrow. Feel free to. ask more questions and tarantula chat. or questions
