It's too small to tell with the naked eye - you'll need to examine it with a microscope to see if there are any spermathecae at that size. You can get a cheap pocket microscope on Amazon that work great for sexing little molts:

Someone commented that I was looking at the outside of the molt…now that I think about it that’s probably the casetoo bad I threw the molt away already lol
