I'm not sure if I can say most as there are defensive ones, but I've had like over a dozen of them and most have been very food driven, but surprisingly mild mannered once they realize you're not food. Attacking water droplets is basically feeding response, as they have poor vision and rely on vibrations to detect prey.
This was my first T and only after getting her did I hear horror stories of their behavior but I ignored them and I just say hello with soft paint brush before bothering her. And I only really handle my tarantulas if I have to because I sure they don't like it.
It be the truth! She's also obsessed with burying her water dish. And its a nice stone one from tarantula cribs so it's not an easy process but she manages.
