Well that’s a shame, it was sold to me as a female. The next molt I get I’ll try and verify so I know whether to get a male or female to pair it with. Thanks

Avicularia are tricky to sex ventrally, so maybe we got it wrong here. Hopefully the molt shows it is female!
 
Yeah I’ve been lookin up pictures of male and female avics, and it’s definitely hard to tell. So yeah we’ll see with the next molt. I do have it’s last molt. But my dad was watching it, so by the time I pulled the molt out, it was completely dried out and I know if I try or straighten it out that it will break.

Do you still have the molt? Try soaking it with water and a bit of dish soap, then spread it out and take a look.
