I'm pretty sure this is female. There appears to be an opaque flap laying flat in between the forward set of book lungs, just anterior to the epigastric furrow. This would be the uterus externus, and there should be 2 small, antenna-shaped spermathecae underneath, like the ones you can see more clearly here:
