Unknown OW arboreal given to me as a freebie. Around 4” in size and very defensive
Aspinochilus rufus, formerly Phormingochilus sp Rufus in the hobby.

At this size, it's likely a subadult female or penult male.

Thank you. Never kept this sp so idk if they are sexually dimorphic in any way at the “subadult” stage but this one has a greenish appearance to it if that means anything to you

Hmmm...... Can you get a ventral pic? I've noticed some penult male Ornithoctoninae spp will distinctively sport the mature coloration ventrally whereas a female of the same size wont.

I did actually take one ventral pic whilst the spider was still in its container, unfortunately it’s not the best as the container is blurry. I’ll post it regardless and see if I can get a better one in future.
