Have a versicolor who molted recently and his pedipalps look pretty large and I'm wondering if he's a male and just matured at a small size. Thanks for the help.
Do you have any better photos than this?

It doesn't look like typical boxing gloves

It doesn't look mature. The terminal segments of the palps still look to be tarsi, rather than the palpal bulbs and emboli of mature males. There are also no visible tibial spurs.

Yeah +1 what Sergic said;) .

I cant see no hooks either.

You wont need to take another photo. After looking at the photo on pc screen(was on phone earlier) Def not mature yet.

@Quicksilver, Its normal for especially arboreal T's to have enlarged footpads, It maximizes surface area for better traction to terrain they interact with.

It's not a mature male. Arboreals have large footpads, this is what enables them to climb so well. The best way to sex a tarantula is looking at the exuvium. If spermathecae is present, it's a female. If not, it's a male. Take the time and educate yourself on how the palps of a mature male looks like, and how to sex via exuvium, so you'll know what to look for :)
