It could be anything at that size. Slings are generally completely lacking in their potential adult colors. This looks like it could be any of a large number of New World terrestrials. You should let it grow more and start showing coloration before attempting to ID it. If it ends up being female you can ID it most accurately by examining the spermathecae!
