Yeah, this is an Old World but I don't see any Ornithoctoninae sp. (H. minax) here either. This has the characteristics of a Selenocosmiinae species IMO...
Possibly one of the "blue" Orphnaecus or Chilobrachys sp.., impossible to ID the species without proper examination, tho. however those two genera are the most common in hobby.
This is an Old World Species. To my opijnion it could be a Selenocosmiinae. Probably a Phlogiellus or Orphnaecus because of habitus, coloration and size.
