It's too mangled up and out of focus to tell. You want to look in between the first book lungs, the white spots. You really want to stretch it out as much as possible without ripping it. In between the book lungs you will need to look for some spermathecae, which will be a flap, sometimes two dots or lines out of it, between the book lungs.
