This little tyke is always so skinny looking and it's because they moult so often. The minute that they start looking a bit plump - they moult and are back to being very slim. Unbelievable growth rate on this species... I've never seen anything like it.
Mine did that at first but now has been in pre-molt for a year -- literally! The T otherwise seems happy and healthy in its burrow. It's Brachypelma "siblings" have passed it up!
