Grammostola pulchra

Thanks for any thoughts. I have had this tarantula for 16(!) years and would love to know the sex. I realize this may not be a clear enough pic- let me know if I should try again.
If it is 16 years old then you have yourself a female. A very mature one at that looking at the spermathcae
 
Thanks all. I have always read that the males have a much shorter lifespan, but wasn't sure if males lived longer in captivity.
I felt a little sad reading that she(!) is "very mature," but it's not like I'm not aware of how long I have had her. :)
