Honestly, I've found it easier to sex G. pulchra ventrally when they're that small because their spermathecae develop so slowly. If it looks female on the outside (it's pretty easy to spot the epiandrous fusillae even on small males), and you've got something resembling the beginnings of spermathecae on the inside, then it makes sense to go with female.
