The uterus externus & spermathecae can be tricky to find on these - it often rolls up and tucks into the fold of the epigastric furrow. If you take a wet paintbrush and gently rub it across the vent area between the forward set of book lungs, you may be able to unroll it (if it's there). I will agree that this looks like a male at first glance, though.
