On the inner surface of the molt, along the epigastric furrow, females (with some exceptions) will have an inward pointing structure called the spermathecae. There is another leaf like structure called the uterus externus (all females will have this) in this area as well.
When looking at a molt, you are searching for the presence of these structures. Your pic might be far away, and the area in question a bit blurry, but the uterus externus and the characteristic shape of G. rosea spermathecae is clear.
