Something that small can really throw you off. I can say it can be either as of right now. It does look female though, but I would 100% suggest you wait for a few molts and try again.
For sure! I'm looking forward to the molts. According to the below site, you can sex slings, so I practiced on photos then looked at this little one through a 10x lens. I'm about 75% confident in the female guess, but we'll have to see.... http://www.birdspiders.com/faq_sex.php
