i am no expert how ever i was told if the molt has a flap of skin on the inside of the molt behind were the eyes are its a girl cuz thats the sac were the sperm goes when they mate. if not you can always wait to see if the male barbs show up on the large front legs also males tend to be more gangly and long legged because they travel more were as females don't generally 2 or 3 feet form their burrow so they tend to be more chunky looking. agin i stress i am no expert however this is the knowlage i have to share.
