Freshly molted male B. dubia

I've been trying to get a picture of this for weeks. I actually thought that their wings unfolded after the ultimate molt - it actually looks like they almost inflate via the vascular system.
@EulersK Mantids are almost predatory cockroaches due to how similar they are, they stemmed from roaches. That's why every now and then when a predatory roach from 70 million years ago is found, it gets exciting, because it's one of the missing links between the two.
