I think I see girly parts, but I'd have thought at 4" it'd be more obvious. At this size though, P. ornata are easily sexed by coloration since this species has very distinct sexual dimorphism. Do you have a current picture of the T?
@Sergic well a female of that size should have a very defined patterning, while a male should be losing most of his by this point. This is my subadult female, she's a little under 4".
@Sergic yeah, I can only view the imgur pic and based on that image I'm not confident to say either way. If you can get a pic of it when it comes out though, post it here and tag me, certain I can get you an accurate answer on the sex from a dorsal image.
@Sergic I think it's safe to say it's female based on the molt, honestly. just thought it'd be more defined like my regalis, I've never seen what ornata spermathecae look like.
