From this pic I would say female, but I do not have much confidence in that purely because the angle isn't great and the epigastric furrow is kind of obscured.
I would suggest that you increase the amount of substrate you have in that enclosure, just so that if your T falls when climbing it is less likely to get injured (or worse). The distance from substrate surface to top of enclosure should be no more than 1.5X the leg span of your T. That's a beautiful little one and I'd hate to see anything bad happen to it!
