I think this looks like a Lasiodora parahybana, but if anyone can help with this it would be @Wolfram1 - the go to person for Lasiodora questions.

I agree this may be an L. parahybana; my family has raised 33 of them. This is a critter one doesn't forget.

Its funny but i have actually missed that 4-6" stage of mine as i got some as young adult females and some i have been raising from slings but considering the temperatures i keep them at they are still at, only around 3".

i agree, i am not yet convinced that this is a Lasiodora sp.

can i ask, what was it labled as? What did you think you were buying and what possible other spiders could it have been?

I agree, but tend more to Thrixopelma.
But Euathlus and Thrixopelma are sometimes hard to tell apart.

@bobi so much pictures, but no pic ofthe spermathecae?

I cant agree with Lasiodora spp. because of the wooly Carapace.

My other guesses also included C. cusor. Those have the stripes, the red hairs, and the floof at times.
