D. Diamantinensis, 4cm, M ou F ?
Still a little blurry, but better - good enough to lean towards female. It just molted, right? Can you not recover and examine the exuvia? That would be much more accurate.
 
That's freshly molted. Ventral sexing almost any freshly molted specimen is near impossible as freshly molted tarantulas will almost look female (even for the males) ventrally. So you better just wait a few more days once it hardens up and then post another picture to try and ventral sex it. Also why not use the molt?
