Going on shape of epi plate, with spacing between the top lungs, the inner sides of the lungs being more curved than straight. It looks like I can see a pouch here too.
Have noticed more of a straight triangular shape on the top lungs in males, with narrower space. Sorry If I messed up I used translate aha
