Female ...but looks more like Cyclosternum (Davus) pentaloris spermathecae or Cyclosternum (Davus) sp..

It could be, the previous owner bought it as a Tiger rump and he only assumed it was a C. fasciatum.

I'll start a thread to try to identify it when I get my macro lens(probably tomorrow)

I think now is very hard to tell you what do you really got. Crossbreed by C. fasciatum x Cyclosternum pentaloris, Cyclosternum pentaloris or undescribed Cyclosternum sp.? People sometimes change these very similiar spiders.
